Durability is 800- to1500KM depending on wearer’s usage. If you are running frequently, we recommend that you place the insoles bimonthly; otherwise, the insoles should be replaced every 12 months.

aSole is semi-custom-made. All the insoles have been engineered with specific molds for specific conditions. Please select the right profile based on your foot type and axis.

Washing by tap water with detergent, and keep it natural dry to assure aSole in good condition of anti-bacterial and deodorant.

From time to time pull out and ventilate your aSole after using to maintain its lifetime and efficacy.
